Bodyology is a unique way of training using a mixture of movement patterns and sequences to create a strong flexible functional body. Using concepts of yoga, Pilates, dynamic core and postural exercises. You will flow from one movement to the next, transferring energy from the limbs through the core, to create a strong and dynamic form.
Exercise sequences improve posture and stability restoring proper movement patterns within the body.
Exercises are performed standing, on hands and knees/feet, and lying.
If you are looking for a class that improves your posture strength and stability, join us on a Monday evening, 8-9pm. One-to-one or two-to-one sessions with a friend are also available.
