Fitness Studio

The Fitness Studio at The Regency Clinic offers a specialist programme of classes as well as one-to-one sessions. Whether you’re simply looking for strength and fitness classes or for more specific rehabilitation, we can provide instructors to suit your personal requirement.

We offer Pilates and Yoga classes, one-to-one Pilates or rehabilitation, one-to-one or one-to-two Personal Training. We also offer further fitness classes, a Core Training Class, Gentle Somatic Yoga and Stretch Therapy.

Gentle Somatic Yoga is a Class which combines Somatic Movement Therapy with gently Yoga.  The result is a focused movement class designed to release tension, improve and regain movement patterns and move with mindfulness.

Core Training Class is a Functional Core Class, run by our personal trainer, Katie, focusing on core training in a very, active, functional way, using gym equipment such as balls, weights, medicine balls and TRX.

Stretch Therapy is taught by Pilates and Stretch instructor, Lisa, who takes clients through a comprehensive body stretching programme, that includes fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation.  It is not just straightforward stretching (that we might think we already do on our own), it goes into the science of stretching and looks to address all imbalances and tightness, to result in body awareness (proprioception) and flexibility.  Contact Lisa directly to book onto this class – 07766 880701.
