Pilates focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in the body along with strength and flexibility in the back and spine. As we age, it is common to see rounded shoulders, lack of core strength, back pain, tightness of neck, hamstrings, hips and other joints. This class is designed to fit a wide range of physical needs and is suitable for both men and women.
