Super fast, delicious and energy filled breakfast

Ingredients:

  • One cup of coconut or nut milk
  • 1tbsp nut butter
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1tsp raw honey
  • Small frozen banana (peel, chop and freeze ahead of time)
  • 1/2 an avocado

Method:

Blitz together and enjoy!
