Katie has been qualified as a personal trainer for over 8 yrs. She also incorporates yoga and Pilates within her sessions. Her approach to everybody is completely individual and her ethos is to create a functional body that moves in the most effective way it can. Katie’s training works towards a flexible stable body emanating from a strong functional core. She has a special interest in rehabilitation and improved function. Katie’s approach to training encompasses the 4 “F’s” – Function, Flexibility, Form and Fitness.
Katie has helped a great number of clients over the years, all with varying levels of fitness, sports specific requirements or rehabilitation, and this variety has given her the experience to treat every person as completely unique.
As a strong triathlete, Katie is also working towards level 2 triathlon coaching, keen to become more involved in the sport.
