Lisa is a qualified Pilates Instructor and ST Stretch Therapist. She began her career as a Sports Massage Therapist 14 years ago and has since moved into body correction through exercise.
She spent the early part of her career working for Bath Rugby and went on to join TEAM BATH, a leading sports injury clinic supporting athletes competing for the British Institute of Sport as well as the general public.
Highlights for Lisa include working with British Triathlon at their winter training camps in Lanzarote and the Madeira World Champions in 2004.
Lisa has practiced Astanga Yoga for 20 years and was introduced to Pilates many years ago through the rehabilitation of a serious hip injury. She continues to do both. Her interest in body work, movement and anatomy are distinctly apparent in her passionate approach to teach people about their bodies, guide the progress of her clients and deliver results. She takes a mindful approach, which is also direct, precise and with a particular eye for detail! Lisa is currently training to become a qualified Yoga Teacher.
Lisa spiritedly devotes her work to understanding how postural balance can be found within the body, she is actively involved in the continuation and development of Stretch TherapyTM under the guidance of its founder, Kit Laughlin.
