Spinal disorders – including low back pain, neck pain, scoliosis and disc problems to name a few affect people globally and often effect on a person’s overall health, even preventing them from working or daily activities.
Research has demonstrated that poor posture and inactivity are major contributors to the development of back pain and other disorders. According to the WHO, one in four adults and a staggering 80% upwards of the adolescent population in not active enough.
