Yoga Update For September

Frankie Street, our awesome yoga teacher, is soon to get married and is then away on a fantastic honeymoon – so we won’t be seeing her for the whole of September.  We send her our best wishes for a super day and holiday to follow!

We have two lovely ladies covering her classes while she is off; Jeni Howley on Tuesday 9.30-10.30am and Katie Brighton on Friday 5.30-6.30pm.  Here is a little information about each and their yoga experience.

Jeni Howley:  Jeni has been practising yoga for over 15 years. She has studied and practised many branches including Hatha, Ashtanga, Tantra, Iyengar and Kundalini. She has had the privilege of gathering knowledge and guidance from yoga teachers in India, Thailand, the UK and Australia. 

With a breadth of knowledge including qualifications as a somatic movement therapist, dance teacher, fitness instructor and a gymnastics coach, Jeni guides Yoga classes with keen attention to physical alignment, somatic awareness and holistic wellbeing.

Katie Brighton:  Katie is our Personal Trainer who is Katie Brighton Yogaqualified in teaching both yoga and Pilates.  She incorporates both within her training sessions and focuses on the body’s core strength in a functional manner.  Katie has been practicing yoga for 20yrs, and her style is free flowing and strong, dynamic and aerobic.
